Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is PJ’s in the City (the “Promoter”), Canberra, ACT.
2. Promotion Date & Time
This promotion will take place on Friday, 15 May only.
The promotion commences at 4:00pm (AEST) and entries close at 8:00pm (AEST).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years and over only.
Entrants must be present at PJ’s in the City at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, patrons must purchase a Hawke’s pint during the promotion period (4:00pm–8:00pm).
Each eligible purchase of a Hawke’s pint equals one (1) entry into the draw.
Entries must be submitted in accordance with instructions provided in venue.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.
5. Prize
A total of five (5) winners will each receive a $200 fuel voucher.
Total prize pool: $1,000 AUD.
Voucher brand/type is at the Promoter’s discretion.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw & Winner Announcement
The draw will take place at 8:15pm (AEST) on Friday, 15 May at PJ’s in the City.
Winners will be drawn at random and announced in-venue.
7. Must Be Present to Win
Winners must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize.
If a winner is not present, a redraw will take place immediately until a valid winner is present.
8. Claiming the Prize
Winners may be required to present valid identification.
Prizes must be claimed at the time of the draw unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion if required, subject to ACT regulations.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any attempt to tamper with the promotion will result in disqualification.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from winning the prize.
11. Privacy
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and used solely for administering this promotion.
12. ACT Compliance
This promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery in the Australian Capital Territory and will comply with all relevant ACT laws and regulations.
